How do I book a transfer?

Fill out our booking form on the Contact page, Email, WhatsApp us directly, or Call us. We respond to all enquiries timely.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. However we understand travel plans change — contact us and we will do our best to accommodate last minute requests.

Do you track flights?

Yes! We monitor all incoming flights in real time so your driver is always ready when you land — even if your flight is delayed.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the entire islands of both St. Kitts and Nevis — airports, resorts, marinas, private villas, restaurants, and all attractions island-wide.

What is included in the transfer?

Every RYDE Elite transfer includes a professional uniformed driver, complimentary bottled water, chilled towels, luggage handling, and a warm island welcome.

Do you accommodate special requests?

Absolutely. Child seats, accessibility requirements, special occasions, welcome decorations, specific music, and dietary refreshment preferences — just let us know when booking and we will take care of everything.
